Good maintenance of floors is important for their look, hygiene and the extension of their lifespan. We will be delighted to give your floors the care and attention they need.

Outsourcing of floor maintenance

Every floor requires its own advice and action plan. For this reason, we will always want to look at and critically evaluate the floor. In consultation with you, we will then determine the maintenance your floor needs. We will record this in what we call a ‘floor passport’ so that you always have a guide to keep your floors in good conditions, now and in the coming years. That way, you always know where you are.

Organising and carrying out floor maintenance can include:

• Identification of various floors (including linoleum, plastic and synthetic-resin-bound floors)
• Putting together and providing a floor passport
• Treating wood and parquet floors with oils or waxes
• Maintenance of natural stone floors
• Conservation, stripping and spraying of linoleum floors
• Application of top coat and top stripping of floors
• Crystallisation of marble floors
• Scrubbing of stone floors
• Cleaning and repair of wooden floors
• Solving problems and providing advice in connection with a floor-maintenance system and replacement of floors.
