Based on a cooling or heat load calculation, we determine the required capacity. We take into account all variables, such as the desired indoor temperature, expected outdoor temperature, additional heat sources, the number of people present, etc. We can cool to well below freezing and heat to around 90 degrees Celsius.
A specific situation where climate control is essential is when laying new screeds. In this situation, cracking can occur due to temperature influences and settlement differences. This cracking may continue into the floor finish. To control this risk as much as possible, it is necessary to gradually bring the floor heating in the screed up to temperature. This is done by means of a heating-up and cooling-down protocol. We advise you on this and will deploy our (electric) boilers if necessary.
