The solution to moisture problems
Moisture problems and leaks make basements, souterrains and car parks unusable and affect the value of a property. We solve moisture problems caused by flooding competently and sustainably. Every problem has its own solution. For example, we make walls and floors below ground level watertight again using injection techniques and waterproofing. With our basement and foundation sealing, we guarantee effective and long-term protection against moisture problems, which not only improves the functionality of your property but also increases its value.
Our working method
Our approach to basement sealing depends on the problem and the source of the moisture nuisance. With moisture problems in the basement of an existing building, it is usually not possible to seal the outside of the building. We, therefore, often opt for basement sealing on the inside in this case. We inject against leaks and perform flat sealing of poor wall and wall structures. In addition, we make leaky pipe penetrations watertight again.
For moisture-penetrating lateral walls, we target the foundation on the outside of the building whenever possible. For example, we can apply an elastic bitumen coating to help walls repel moisture.

FAQ
What are the most common causes of moisture problems in basements?
Basement leaks can be caused by several factors. Common causes include rising groundwater levels that allow moisture to penetrate through floors and walls in weaker areas. Insufficient drainage and leaking penetrations or pipes can also cause moisture problems.
How can I waterproof my basement?
To waterproof your basement, it is important to first identify the source of the moisture. Then, the damage can be repaired, and the drainage around the house can be improved. This involves using waterproof materials. We recommend having this work done by a professional to ensure a long-term solution.
What can I do about penetrating damp, rising damp or other damp problems?
Signs of penetrating dampness are moisture spots and water droplets coming through walls or floors from outside. You can recognise rising dampness mainly as damp patches at the bottom of walls that gradually rise. This causes plasterwork to come loose and paint to peel off. It is important to determine the cause of the damp problem first. Then, you can choose an appropriate solution. We carry out thorough inspections to determine the cause of moisture problems.
What is the risk of untreated concrete damage or concrete rot?
Untreated concrete damage or concrete rot can lead to structural instability of a building. This can compromise the safety of the building for its occupants or users.
