Whether mould stays away permanently depends on several factors. For example, how a house is ventilated and the structural condition of the house. If the cause of the mould is not removed, the mould can return.
How long does mould removal take on average?
Our mould remediation process consists of three steps: an inspection, remediation and finishing. The duration of the remediation process depends on the amount of mould in the room and our client's requirements. For example, if we also need to remove the cause of the mould problem or carry out a thorough building survey, the process takes longer.
Generally, we charge about an hour and a half for the inspection, a half-day for the remediation of the mould and a half-day for the finishing touches. Please note that all steps take place on different days. For example, the incorporation time of our fungicide is 24 hours before we can start finishing.
